TERMS OF SALE:
Orders can be placed with Twittlebit in three ways: online, phone and email. Visa, MasterCard and American Express accepted. Please email our Customer Service Dept. if you are interested in setting up an account or placing an order outside of the U.S. All prices reflect U.S. dollars. We do not require confirmation purchase orders for phone orders. All invoices and order confirmations are sent electronically. If you require paper invoices, please contact our customer service.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT:
We have $75.00 minimum order requirement for orders within 48 continental US states. For all international orders, we have $250.00 minimum order requirement (excludes shipping and export fees).
Free Overnight shipping to KY, IN, TN, OH, and WV, and Free 2-3 days shipping to all other US destinations on all web orders over $75.00 (*Applies only to 48 continental US states & credit card orders. Shipments to PO boxes and residential addresses are excluded. LTL / heavy-weighted items disqualify for this offer. International Orders do not qualify for free shipping). Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail® service depending on your location. Generally, all orders ship complete unless partial shipment is requested. If your initial order is qualified for free shipping and you specify a partial shipment, free shipping will only apply to 1 shipment. Standard shipping charges will be applied to each partial shipments unless freight collect account number provided.
We generally ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS mail service. For Premium / expedited shipping service, shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice unless freight collect account number provided.
Same day shipping will be available for the stocked items if ordered before 3:00PM EST. For orders received after the specified deadline, it will generally ship the next business day. For non-stocked items, the lead-time differs according to Manufacturer’s site and availability.Twittlebit.com will do the best for fulfilling your order requirements with the most cost-effective and the quickest route. Tracking numbers are available after we process the order from our facility. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Our minimum order requirement for all international orders is 250.00 USD (not including shipping and export fees). Customers are responsible for paying all import duties. Customers are responsible for paying all the shipping costs - either pre-paid and added to the invoice or provide the freight collect account number. All international orders are Non-cancelable and Non-returnable.
RETURN / WARRANTY TERMS:
All returns are subject to re-stocking fee. Depending on the condition of a product, manufacturer's return policies, and time involved for testing & inspection of the returned goods, re-stocking fee applies on all of the products. All RMA requests will be reviewed and responded to as quickly as possible with a disposition. Some of the products might not be returned. If you feel that you might need to return these, please contact us before placing an order. Twittlebit.com will honor all of our manufacturer's warranties. All international orders are Non-cancelable and Non-returnable. To request an RMA please contact our Customer Service department at 1-855-894-8853 or email our CSR. All returns must have an RMA before being shipped back to us. Due to time involved in this process, please allow us 10-14 business days to issue credit to your account.
